Responsibilities of the role:

Lead monthly and quarterly AR reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and aging variances
Perform detailed account analysis and prepare supporting documentation for audits
Partner with billing, collections, and cash applications teams to improve processes
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews
