Position Overview
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple entities. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with broad HR experience who is comfortable wearing many hats — from benefits administration and open enrollment to recruiting and onboarding.
They are looking for someone with a friendly, approachable personality who is eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on any task needed to support the team.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and HR-related inquiries
- Support full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offers
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
- Assist with HR reporting and documentation across multiple entities
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing needs
- Assist with special projects and additional HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications needed:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, distribution, or multi-entity environments
- Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination
- Recruiting and onboarding experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
