We’re partnering with a well-established, small business seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to be the backbone of daily operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, keeping things running smoothly, and being a trusted go-to for both leadership and staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external partners

  • Handle invoicing, light bookkeeping support, and document management

  • Coordinate schedules, calendars, and basic reporting

  • Support leadership with organization, follow-ups, and process improvements

  • Maintain office supplies, records, and general office efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
