Job Duties for the Title Clerk:
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag documentation accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with state and DMV regulations and submission deadlines
- Maintain organized records and track title progress from sale to completion
- Communicate with sales and finance teams to resolve title issues or missing paperwork
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
- Support operational and accounting functions related to title processing
Qualifications for the Title Clerk:
- Previous experience with automotive tag and title processing
- Experience using CDK software a plus, but not required

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
