- Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, track, and maintain public records and compliance documentation.
- Respond to and coordinate records requests in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to records management and compliance.
- Support compliance audits and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in training staff on records and compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
