What You’ll Do as the Payroll Coordinator:

Support bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
-
Review and validate timecards, deductions, and payroll adjustments to ensure accuracy
-
Ensure payroll activities remain compliant with company policies and labor regulations
-
Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefits updates
-
Prepare payroll reports and provide data to internal stakeholders

Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and care

Assist with special payroll projects and continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For in the Payroll Coordinator:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

At least one year of payroll processing experience

Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable

Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
-
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
-
Reliable, accurate, and committed to follow-through
