Responsibilities of the HR Director

• The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, talent strategy, and compliance
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
• The HR Director will develop and enhance policies, programs, and systems to support workforce engagement and retention
• Lead, mentor, and empower the HR team to deliver best-in-class service across the organization

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Director:

• The HR Director should have some proven experience leading HR operations and strategy
• Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary: $100-130k
