Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + bonus

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will support both the Control State and Midwest Business Units, partnering closely with commercial and sales teams to drive profitability and enhance financial visibility. This role includes comprehensive training, making it an excellent opportunity for a developing finance professional to expand their analytical toolkit. The position reports directly to the Senior Commercial Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production and delivery of Wholesale Business Unit P&L results.
  • Validate, code, and submit sales invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with local accounts payable reconciliation.
  • Track and monitor Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses.
  • Track Special Performance Funding (SPF) and local market investments.
  • Manage, analyze, and help forecast sales spending budgets.
  • Conduct ROI analyses for sales and marketing investments.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/IT enhancements.
  • Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
