Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

  • Support employee relations, performance management, and HR guidance

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

  • Administer and support employee benefits programs and enrollments

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

  • Assist with recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination

  • Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and training requirements

  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources or Business a plus)

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience

  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment compliance

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

$55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
