Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist

Support employee relations, performance management, and HR guidance

Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

Administer and support employee benefits programs and enrollments

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Assist with recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination

Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and training requirements

Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources or Business a plus)

3+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience

Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment compliance

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation
$55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
