Salary: $62,400 – $83,200 annually

Overview:
We are seeking a Project Designer to support field assessments and drafting for projects in the Bakersfield area. This role involves visiting job sites to gather measurements and requirements, then creating detailed plans based on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Visit job sites to assess conditions and gather measurements

• Create and update technical drawings based on field information

• Interpret project scopes and translate them into design plans

• Work with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy

• Maintain organized project documentation

Qualifications:

• AutoCAD experience required

• 2+ years of drafting or design experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
