Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Onsite
Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role serves as a trusted partner, managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and priorities while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Executive Office. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders and handles highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and travel.

Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up actions for meetings.

Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with preparation, coordination, and distribution of Board materials, meeting logistics, and minutes.

Serve as a professional and positive ambassador for the Executive Office when interacting with staff, board members, donors, and external partners.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Support special projects and additional administrative needs as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.

Prior experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
