My client is adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team and are seeking someone who likes to stay busy, gets along well with others, and enjoys the full cycle accounts payable process.

What the Accounts Payable Specialist will do?

Full cycle Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable Specialist will check and approve all vouchers for payment
Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
Accounts Payable Specialist will answer all vendor inquiries

Experience needed for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

3-5 years Previous recent accounts payable experience
Excellent attention to detail
ERP Software experience, NetSuite preferred
Proficient in Excel
