Project Coordinator – Construction

We’re partnering with a well-established construction company in the Fresno area to find a Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping projects moving from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central hub between project managers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
  • Manage and track contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and related documentation
  • Maintain project schedules, logs, and compliance records
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Assist with document control, RFIs, submittals, and job files
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure required paperwork is executed and filed properly
  • Provide general administrative and reporting support across multiple projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, administration, or similar role
  • Experience managing contracts or contract documentation in a construction environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
