Job Title:Shared Services Manager
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Shared Services Manager:
- Oversee global cash collections and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with delegation of authority
- Review, analyze, and communicate customer credit risk; establish and monitor credit limits
- Issue monthly credit performance reports, including AR aging and high-risk account analysis
- Perform collection activities and proactively manage outstanding receivables
- Prepare and deliver accurate cash forecasts and maintain target cash balances
- Support annual planning, forecasting, management reporting, and tax reporting for assigned business units
- Partner with international credit counterparts to manage global customer exposure
- Post intercompany sales transactions and issue monthly sales reports
- Maintain daily global cash logs and ensure timely securitization reporting
Shared Services Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution. CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, accounting, or financial management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP R4/HANA preferred)
