Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer accounts, streamline billing processes, and support collections. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers on a timely basis.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.

• Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close activities.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Generate AR reports and provide insights to management.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve billing and collections processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of AR experience, preferably in a CPG, wholesale, or distribution environment.

• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
