Overview of the Human Resources Manager Role:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws

• Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives

• Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and performance management cycles

• Monitor HR metrics, support workforce planning, and provide guidance on employee development

• Partner with leadership to enhance organizational culture and support strategic HR initiatives

• Lead and mentor HR staff, setting performance goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
