Overview of the Sales Representative role:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Deliver engaging product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Preferred requirements for the Sales Representative:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
