- Salary range- $60,000-100,000 (Base + uncapped commission)
Overview of the Sales Representative role:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
- Manage and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Preferred requirements for the Sales Representative:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
