CFS has partnered up with a valued client in the Greater Hartford area seeking an AP Specialist to join their team.

What this AP Specialist will be responsible for

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will code and match invoices
• Process checks for payment
• Assist with AIA billing and job costing
• Communicate with Project Managers when coordinating invoices
• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full Accounts Payable cycle

Preferred qualifications of the AP Specialist

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Working in the Construction industry is highly preferred
