Overview of the Billing Specialist:

• Process 60+ invoices and distribute to customers daily.
• Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
• Customer with vendors and internal team
• Data Entry

Preferred Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 3+ years of full cycle billing experience
• Strong knowledge of billing portals - SMART GEP, Ariba, Open Invoice, etc.
• MS Excel – Intermediate
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and follow-through
