We’re seeking an entry-level Property Accountant who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a strong foundation in accounting. As a Property Accountant, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities. What You’ll Do as a Property Accountant

• Assist with journal entries, general ledger reviews, and financial reporting.
• Support monthly bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
• Help prepare financial packages for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Research and document variances in financial statements.
• Participate in audits, transitions, and special accounting projects.

What We’re Looking For in a Property Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework/experience) OR a minimum of four years of related experience.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow into a successful Property Accountant.
