★ The Role

This hybrid role blends ➤ hands-on ERP development with ➤ strategic project leadership. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to gather requirements and build dashboards, integrate platforms, and deliver scalable solutions. You’ll also help leadership ★ see what’s possible—guiding smarter workflows, better data, and stronger decisions.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced, trial-and-error environment. You’ll need to be ➤ proactive, ➤ resourceful, and ➤ ready to take charge without waiting for instructions.


★ What You’ll Do (fyi, we don't expect you to have Odoo experience!)

• Customize Odoo ERP modules for accounting, inventory, purchasing, and operations
• Build dashboards and analytics tools to support smarter decision-making
• Upload documents and manage ERP workflows across departments
• Integrate Odoo with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Backchannel via QUIPT
• Lead CI/CD efforts and manage deployment pipelines
• Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive project delivery
• Own scope, timelines, and deliverables with minimal oversight
• Support weekend rollouts or non-traditional hours when needed
• Help leadership envision and implement smarter ERP solutions


★ What You Bring

• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset—you bring clarity to ambiguity
• 3+ years of software project management experience
• Prior experience customizing Odoo ERP or similar platforms (ERPNext, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar collaboration tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (bonus for distributed team experience)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

★ Big Plus

• Modular system design and ERP configuration
• CRM + inventory + accounting workflow coordination
• Strong technical skills in:
➤ Python, JavaScript, XML, SQL/PostgreSQL
➤ Odoo framework, Git, CI/CD pipelines
➤ REST APIs, JSON, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
➤ PostgreSQL, Docker (optional), Linux, AWS/GCP
• Odoo ERP deployment experience
• E-commerce backend integration and marketplace coordination
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, etc.
• Project management certification: PMP, CSM, or similar
