A well-established manufacturing company in Tulare County is looking to add a Cost Accounting Analyst to their team. This role supports plant operations through detailed cost analysis, reporting, and inventory controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain and analyze standard costs, BOMs, and routings
• Review inventory transactions, cycle counts, and adjustments
• Prepare cost reports and KPI analysis for plant leadership
• Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong understanding of inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
